This Statement will also instruct you on what to do if you do not want your personal information collected or shared when you visit the ATS Site or respond to our advertisements. By using this website, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

Collection and Use of Information

For each visitor to our website, a web server may automatically recognize and collect the domain name of your Internet provider (but not your e-mail address), which does not identify you personally. This information, if collected, may be used to continually improve the content and usefulness of our website and for marketing purposes.

We also collect, retain in our database, and use information voluntarily provided by you under the following circumstances:

If you request services, products, or other information through this website, we will collect personally identifiable information, such as name, title, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address (“Contact Information”), and basic information, which will be used to fulfill requests for such services or products.

If you register for a seminar through our website, we will collect your Contact Information to facilitate the registration process. We may also provide such information to the speakers who are presenting at the seminar(s) you registered to attend, and to off-site vendors, who will either perform e-mail and fax functions for us, or provide us with additional information about your company which will be used to complete and update our database regarding your company.

If you correspond with us via e-mail, we collect your e-mail address and the content of the e-mail, which will be used to address issues raised by you or to respond appropriately.

In addition to the uses of personally identifiable information specified above, we may also use such information to notify you about changes to our website or contact you for marketing purposes, unless, at any time, you elect not to receive these materials.

With the exception of providing our speakers and off-site vendors with your Contact Information, or disclosing your personally identifiable information in response to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena, ATS does not currently sell, rent, or otherwise disclose any of your personally identifiable information to third parties. However, any personally identifiable information that you provide may be sold as an asset in the event ATS is, or substantially all of its assets are, acquired.
